     Stainless steel pipe fittings have a wide range of applications, and can be used in both industrial and civil applications. When selecting stainless steel pipe fittings, the quality of their own materials will have a certain impact on the application. For some special industries, such as nuclear energy, petrochemical, medical and other industries, the quality requirements of stainless steel pipe fittings are relatively high. And the gas shielded welding is very important to the implementation of stainless steel pipe fittings.

1. Gas-shielded welding; chromium and nickel on the surface of stainless steel will not react chemically under the protection of gas during welding, which can ensure the original characteristics and corrosion resistance of stainless steel;

2. Pickling passivation: It can make the outer wall of water pipes and pipe fittings have a thin, dense and hard passivation film, which is the fundamental reason to prevent corrosion;

3. Bright solid solution: After the stainless steel pipe fittings are formed and welded, they must undergo a 1050 degree solid solution treatment to eliminate the internal stress caused by the deformation of the stainless steel pipe fittings, reduce stress corrosion, and make the pipe fittings crystal clear during the welding process. The inter-change is restored, and the carbides are dissolved in austenite to prevent adverse effects;

4. Sealing material: The sealing material is the key point of the service life of the stainless steel pipeline. The service life of the sealing material determines the service life of the stainless steel pipeline.
